Week 40 -Sports Day and Last Day of School!

 Well....we made it, 40 weeks of school!  Only one missed because of Covid, from masking and distancing to being all together.  We had 4 new students (William, Zahra, Dasha and Alisa) join us later in the year.  This 2021-2022 school year is a wrap!  We will miss Micah and Teddy as they head off to new adventures. We wish Dani all the best as she heads back home to Mexico City after studying in Canada for the year.   Thank you ALL for making this another great year at Earl Grey School! y!

18th Week of School (Jan.17-21)

We managed to have a nearly full class for the 2nd week in a row!  The students are being extra diligent at washing their hands, wearing their masks and distancing whenever possible. This week at school we; -completed our Picasso Art -read 2 articles, answered comprehension questions and completed Who, What, When, Where, Why and How graphic organizers. -played pillow polo hockey, capture the chicken and had races in gym -had a session with artist Vanya -in Science learned how rainbows are created (when light refracts inside the water droplet) -worked in our Literature Circle books -in Science made Kaleidoscopes  -learned about the Grasslands. Did you know it is the hottest and driest region in AB? -Continued to read "Wonder" -Learned about Andy Warhol
